Winter Baseball Training (January–March 2026)

Join Coon Rapids baseball for twice-weekly winter training sessions designed to build skills, improve fitness, and prepare for the upcoming season. Training will take place every Wednesday and Sunday evening from January 4th, 2026 through March 25th, 2026. Training sessions are 90 minutes in length and will be split between player pitch ages (League ages 8 -12) from 5:00pm - 6:30pm and ages 13+ from 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Players will focus on baseball fundamentals, conditioning, and advanced techniques in a supportive and organized environment.

Serving families living within the boundaries of Coon Rapids, Coon Rapids Baseball is a volunteer-driven organization that offers competitive AAA-A traveling baseball to age groups 10U-15U, as well as recreational opportunities for those that do not fit in a traveling program, up to age 19U.

We compete in the MYAS Gopher State Baseball League.

The 2026 MYAS Traveling Baseball Season starts in late April and goes until early July. Team practices will start as soon as snow melts and the fields are playable. Optional winter training available at Adrenaline Sports Center during the months of January through March

Parents will get this $100 Volunteer Fee returned to them if a volunteer shift is worked. Volunteer opportunities

occur throughout the season. Examples include volunteer shifts at Wintercrest Field for MYAS

Baseball tournaments. These may include concession duties or field prep duties.
